Meet the Founder
I’ve spent nearly a decade working in marketing agencies, learning the systems brands use to grow with clarity and intention. Through conversations with creative friends and small business owners, I kept hearing the same frustrations. Marketing felt confusing and time-consuming, often requiring them to show up in ways that felt inauthentic. Hiring a marketing professional to help was usually out of reach financially.
I built Shine Collective to solve these problems. I share the frameworks, tools, and ways of thinking I learned in my career so creative entrepreneurs can market their work effectively without relying on tactics that feel cheesy or salesy. The goal is simple. Take what works at the agency level and make it usable, approachable, and affordable for creatives.
I’m a former teacher, and I care deeply about helping people understand why something works. When creatives grasp the fundamentals, they can apply them in a way that feels true to their work and build real connection with the people they want to reach
Our Values
It’s always delulu until it’s not.
Big ideas usually feel delusional before they feel inevitable. That’s part of the process. You have to trust your gut long enough to work through the doubt.
Failing well is the key to success.
Progress comes from trying, adjusting, and trying again. Take everything as a lesson, until you hit on something that works. This is how real momentum is built.
Mentorship makes the world go round.
No one builds anything meaningful alone. Growth happens faster when you learn from others who’ve been there. Once you reach your goals, seek to reinvest that knowledge into someone who needs support.
Never waste a good crisis.
When everything falls apart, the only things left standing are your values. This is often where major breakthroughs happen. Seek to find what this moment is asking of you, and use that to propel you.
Our Approach
Our work begins with listening.
We start by listening, because the person who knows your business best is you. Our job is to ask the right questions, reflect what we hear, and help you turn your instincts into a strategy you can trust.
Every business has unique challenges.
Strategy should be built to fit your own strengths and pain points. Your marketing plan should be tailored to your needs, not someone else’s template.
We thrive on systems .
We believe in systems that support consistency over motivation. When things feel busy or unfocused, repeatable habits are what keep progress steady.
Solutions oriented by nature.
Instead of getting stuck in what isn’t working, we focus on what can be done next. When something feels messy or unclear, our instinct is to simplify, prioritize, and move toward action so progress keeps happening.
